ConnectWise® PSA · service tickets
Vulnerability fixes as ConnectWise PSA tickets, after your review
Every Varaxon Scan Hub report ends in a fix plan. Connect ConnectWise® PSA and each fix becomes a service ticket draft for the right company, sent to your board only after you approve it.
What Scan Hub sends
One ticket per fix.
Findings that share a fix become one service ticket, with the affected devices and the evidence attached.
You approve first.
Drafts wait in Scan Hub's ticket review. Nothing reaches ConnectWise PSA until you approve it.
Your board, your priorities.
Choose the service board, and map each Scan Hub priority to a ConnectWise priority.
How to connect ConnectWise PSA
- In ConnectWise PSA, go to System, Members, API Members, and add one for Scan Hub. Don't use an administrator's own login.
- Give its security role access to companies, service boards, statuses, priorities, service tickets and ticket notes.
- On the API member's API Keys tab, create a key and copy the public and private keys.
- In Scan Hub's ticket settings, enter your company ID, API address and keys, pick the board and map priorities, then link each client to its company.
How tickets work
- Each ticket names the fix, the devices it applies to and the findings it closes.
- Priorities follow the report: known exploited vulnerabilities come first.
- Keys are stored encrypted and never shown again after saving.
